The production of durable and inexpensive packaging suitable for storage and transportation is always a very profitable business. Any packaging is a consumable. Therefore, there is always a buyer for it. Polypropylene bags are used for storing food and non-food bulk goods. They pack building materials and agricultural products. The PP bag production line does not occupy large areas. Its maintenance does not require special skills and large labor costs.

Production of polypropylene bags.

Finished products do not require special conditions for long-term storage. The bags fold quite compactly and do not have an expiration date. They are always in high demand in the market. That is why the costs of opening a line for the production of polypropylene containers very quickly pay off.

The market offers a wide selection of automated PP bag production lines. You can choose the one that suits you in terms of price and power. Leasing of equipment is considered optimal for starting a business – rent with subsequent redemption. It is best to purchase a line with a productivity of 2 thousand pieces of packaging per shift. The cost of such new equipment for the production of propylene bags and packaging starts at $ 15,000. For a lower cost, you can only buy used. So much you have to pay for the delivery and installation of equipment. And also in the business plan include the cost of electricity and raw materials for production – polypropylene threads and threads for flashing bags of polypropylene.

The minimum equipment of the production line consists of 3 main components:

Circular loom HY7-m6SCL.

Kruglotkatsky machine. The kit and the cost of the machine also include: A system of feed rolls, B system for transporting a sleeve film and C drum for winding a woven sleeve made of polypropylene yarns.
The machine for hot cutting.

The machine for hot cutting of a woven polypropylene sleeve in a bag format.
Bag sewing machine.

Stationary bag stitching machine.
The heart of this type of production and business as a whole is the circular loom. It accounts for the largest part of the investment. Therefore, it is good to analyze the proposals of manufacturers. We recommend that you pay attention to the HY7-m6SCL circular loom. Its main difference from competitors is the maximum organization of cost-effective production. For example, this six-shuttle circular loom can be converted to a four-shuttle (model HY7-m4SCL) for weaving a net of PP / HDPE thread for making vegetable nets. Thus, it is possible to significantly expand the range of products on the line. The expansion of the range stimulates sales and increases economic efficiency in any business. Also, the machine manufacturer HY7-m6SCL notes such important equipment features as:

The absence of the need for periodic lubrication of the teeth, cam and shuttles, which significantly positively affects the performance and power consumption.
Automatic shutdown of the machine when one of the threads is deformed or broken.

Equipped with a frequency inverter to adjust the speed of weaving of the sleeve.
The presence of a reel unwind sensor.
The ability to understaff the machine for weaving a flat web with printing and lamination.
Automatic compensation system to prevent idling of the machine.
Technical characteristics of the HY7-m6SCL circular loom:

The technology for the production of packaging from a polypropylene sleeve occurs in several stages. The number of stages depends on the configuration and automation of the production line. With a minimum configuration of the line, the following stages of production of PP bags are performed:

Production of PP hoses.

Threading in a circular loom. Rollers with polypropylene thread are installed on the feed system. After that, a thread is connected to a circular loom from each feed shaft according to the scheme specified in the operating instructions.
Production of sleeves from polypropylene fabric. At this stage, in the CNC program of the circular loom, the necessary parameters for the density of weaving of synthetic fibers and the width of the sleeve are set. After starting, the circular loom itself weaves a polypropylene sleeve, which passes through the transportation system and is wound on a drum.

Cutting PP sleeves. The finished fabric of the sleeve is cut into bag blanks using straight or wavy scissors on a format-cutting machine. In this case, the method of hot cutting of pulsed heating is used, which allows you to seal the edges.
