TECHNOLOGY OF PRODUCTION OF PP BAGS
The technology for the production of packaging from a polypropylene sleeve occurs in several stages. The number of stages depends on the configuration and automation of the production line. With a minimum configuration of the line, the following stages of production of PP bags are performed:
Production of PP hoses.
Threading in a circular loom. Rollers with polypropylene thread are installed on the feed system. After that, a thread is connected to a circular loom from each feed shaft according to the scheme specified in the operating instructions.
Production of sleeves from polypropylene fabric. At this stage, in the CNC program of the circular loom, the necessary parameters for the density of weaving of synthetic fibers and the width of the sleeve are set. After starting, the circular loom itself weaves a polypropylene sleeve, which passes through the transportation system and is wound on a drum.
Cutting PP sleeves. The finished fabric of the sleeve is cut into bag blanks using straight or wavy scissors on a format-cutting machine. In this case, the method of hot cutting of pulsed heating is used, which allows you to seal the edges.
